Résumé : Les enjeux planétaires, pour spectaculaires et omniprésents qu’ils soient, sont observés et décrits au moyen d’outils autant spécifiques que banalisés, ce sont les normes techniques internationale. Nous réfléchissons ici à leur rôle vis-à-vis des communautés qu’elles encadrent, voire conditionnent. Une plongée dans la complexité de l’organisation du management normatif permet, au prix de quelques efforts, de percevoir les leviers et leurs effets. Est-il possible de s’approprier ceux-ci ? Au moins collectivement et pour quoi faire ? Nos conclurons sur quelques règles disciplinaires potentiellement à explorer, sinon à suivre.

Abstract : Global issues, spectacular and everywhere they may be, are observed and described by means of both specific unmarked tools that are international technical standards. We are here considering their role with regard to the communities they supervise, or condition. Delving into the complexity of the Organization’s normative management accounts for the price of some efforts, collect the levers and their effects. Is it possible to capture them? At least collectively and for what raison? We conclude on some disciplinary rules potentially to explore, if not to follow
