MPEG standards: a core standard for e-procurement of the ICT in education

Résumé :

Face aux enjeux des TICE ainsi qu’aux différentes initiatives de normalisation, en particulier par l’ISO/IEC JTC1 SC36, les auteurs, dans un contexte de compréhension et description globale des TICE, tentent d’analyser comment la famille MPEG au travers des normes MPEG-4, 7 et 21, pourrait offrir une base normative pour les métadonnées associées aux TICE.

Abtract:

Facing the challenges of ICT in education as well as the various standardization initiatives specifically by ISO / IEC JTC1 SC36, the authors attempt, within a global and comprehensive description framework to analyze how the MPEG-4, 7 and 21 standards, could provide a normative basis for metadata associated with the ICT in education.
